When will my order ship?
Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 2-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process 7-10 business days, so please be patient!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

If your address is considered deliverable( this applies to USA orders as well), if customs refuses your order in your country of origin or if delivery has been attempted and you failed to follow up and package is returned; once the merchandise is returned to us we will refund you the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred by us and is also non-refundable.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
AnZaGa Health is not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
**If your tracking information states that your package was Delivered and you have not received it you must contact your local POST OFFICE( United States Postal Service) address the issue directly with them. AnZaGa Health Inc. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated or marked as delivered by the carrier.
