***Effective Immediately June 22, 2019- As a method of security all purchases that have different billing and shipping address will require verification of valid identification as well as verification of last 4 digits of card used displaying name on card. Both name on identification and credit cards must match in order to process orders. Not promptly responding to our email will delay shipment. After 72 hours of no response the order will be canceled.
Returns Policy
All orders are Final Sale
Cancelled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for Lost or stolen packages, Once a tracking number shows delivered it is under the responsibility of the the buyer.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When will my order ship?
Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 2-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process 7-10 business days, so please be patient!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
** PLEASE BE ADVISED ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS.
*Once order(s) have been shipped we are not responsible for any delays due to USPS achieving delivery time, please plan accordingly.*
** Orders are usually shipped 2-5 business days After we receive your order. Even on Next Day Shipping
**International Shipping will be sent out after in 5-7 business days after payment is received.
*Some countries may charge a Duty Tax for merchandise shipped. This is not a fee we cover because it's not related to shipping. If you decide to refuse your merchandise because of the Duty Tax Fee your merchandise will be refunded once we receive the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred and is also NON-REFUNDABLE*
**SOME COUNTRIES MAY DELAY THE PACKAGE IN CUSTOMS, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THEM.
If your address is considered deliverable( this applies to USA orders as well), if customs refuses your order in your country of origin or if delivery has been attempted and you failed to follow up and package is returned; once the merchandise is returned to us we will refund you the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred by us and is also non-refundable.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
AnZaGa Health is not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
**If your tracking information states that your package was Delivered and you have not received it you must contact your local POST OFFICE( United States Postal Service) address the issue directly with them. AnZaGa Health Inc. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated or marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM FOR LOST PROPERTY. You can contact the post office at 1 (800) 275-8777
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PROVIDE THE WRONG ADDRESS OR PACKAGE IS NOT CLAIM AT THE POST OFFICE, POSTAGE MONEY CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.
