Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns, except in the small circumstances that the product comes out defective. If this occurs, please contact Customer Service at anzagahealth@gmail.com within 3 days. All products are final sale.

 

Cancellations

 

If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact us immediately at anzagahealth@gmail.com Canceled orders are subjected to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.

 

Change of Address / Wrong Address

 

If you wish to change your shipping address after your order was placed, please contact us immediately anzagahealth@gmail.com We will make every effort to assist in updating your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed if the order is already submitted for processing. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it at the checkout to ensure that you receive your package. AnZaGa Health is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.

 

International Orders

 

Customs regulations, weather conditions and other factors may affect shipments that are going to international addresses. These are governed by UPS & USPS and not by Anzaga Health. Due to the constant change in customs fees for every individual country, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated off the full price of the products, not including any discounts.

 

Lost/Stolen packages

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
