Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns, except in the small circumstances that the product comes out defective. If this occurs, please contact Customer Service at anzagahealth@gmail.com within 3 days. All products are final sale.

 

Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact us immediately at anzagahealth@gmail.com Canceled orders are subjected to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.

 

Change of Address / Wrong Address

 

If you wish to change your shipping address after your order was placed, please contact us immediately anzagahealth@gmail.com We will make every effort to assist in updating your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed if the order is already submitted for processing. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it at the checkout to ensure that you receive your package. AnZaGa Health is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.

 

International Orders

 

Customs regulations, weather conditions and other factors may affect shipments that are going to international addresses. These are governed by UPS & USPS and not by Anzaga Health. Due to the constant change in customs fees for every individual country, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated off the full price of the products, not including any discounts.

 

Lost/Stolen packages

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

 

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 

I hereby assume all the risks of participating in the purchase and use of AnZaGa Health Products.

 

We hope that you take full advantage of the products we have to offer. By purchasing a product offered, sold or made available through AnZaGa Health website anzaga.com the buyer explicitly releases AnZaGa Health and its business partners from all liability and waives all legal rights whatsoever related to use of the products. This shall be the case no matter how or where the item was used.

 

Buyer further agrees to the following terms:

Assume ALL RISKS of INJURY OR DEATH resulting from use of the product,

 

WAIVE, RELEASE, and NOT SUE, MAKE ANY CLAIMS OR FILE ANY ACTIONS against anzaga.com, AnZaGa Health  or any other owner or operator of businesses offering products through this website or store, or their insurance carriers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, members, representatives, assignees, employees, volunteers and agents, as well as any manufacturers and distributors (hereinafter the “Indemnified Parties” collectively, the “Indemnified Party” individually) that are based on, arise or result from, in whole or in part, use of the product, and

 

INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES HARMLESS, from all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to participation in any activity and any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by buyer or assignee, or caused to others or their property by buyer or assignee. The buyer also agrees to pay

 

all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, incurred by any Indemnified Party in defending an investigation, claim or suit brought by or on behalf of Buyer or assignee.

 

THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NO WARRANTY OF RESULTS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, AND NO WARRANTY OF NON- INFRINGEMENT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIRD PARTY CONTENT.

 

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the store.

Text Message Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy

AnZaGa Health offers services to advertise/communicate to you through the use of text, SMS, MMS, or RCS messages (in any case, a "Text Message," or "Text Message Services"), and web sites ("Site" or "Sites"). BY SUBMITTING YOUR MOBILE DEVICE NUMBER, OPTING-IN, OR SENDING TEXT MESSAGES, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO RECEIVE THE TEXT MESSAGES** (INCLUDING MARKETING/ADVERTISING MESSAGES, E.G. ABANDONED CART REMINDERS) TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE FROM ANZAGA HEALTH.

 

You affirm:

• You are over the age of 18.

• You have entered the phone number correctly.

• You are the owner and the only user of the mobile device, and the number provided; and you are authorized to enter into this agreement.

• You understand that your telecommunications carrier's message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. AnZaGa Health does not charge you for sending or receiving Text Messages through Text Message Services.

• You understand AnZaGa Health, and all telecommunications carriers, are not responsible for, nor liable for delayed or undelivered Text Messages.

• You understand not all carriers support all Text Message types.

• Supported Carriers: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Metro-PCS, Verizon.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• You agree message frequency varies

• You agree to receive Text asking you to opt-in to future Text Messages, including marketing messages

• Abandoned cart reminders are triggered based on stored cookies on the customer’s mobile device and/or computer

Opt-In Information

When requesting to opt-in, you should receive a return SMS text message confirming your choice to opt-in and asking you to reply with YES. If you do not wish to complete your opt-in, simply ignore the text message and do not reply. To complete your opt-in, you must reply YES. In some cases, we may also accept synonyms such as, but not limited to, "Absolutely," "Of Course", "Sure," "Y," "Yah," "Yeah," "Yep," and "Yup." Successful opt-ins will receive a text confirming the opt-in is complete.

 

Opt-Out Information

To opt-out of the Text Message Services, text "STOP," "STOP ALL," "QUIT," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE," or "END" from the device which you used to opt-in to the Text Message Services. You should receive a return Text Message confirming your choice to opt-out. If you opt-out, you should not receive any Text Messages until you opt-in again to the Text Message Services. You may also opt out by emailing anzagahealth@gmail.com (if emailing, please make sure to include your mobile phone number for which you opted-in)

 

Information Collected

When you sign up for, send a Text Message, or interact with our Text Message Services, we will collect your phone number and any information, including any Personal Information, you provide. Additionally, we collect the following Anonymous Information from any Text Message you send: Text Message send date and time, your telecommunications carrier’s name, the device number and country code from which the Text message was sent, and delivery status. In some instances, Anonymous device information, including, but not limited to device type, operating system, and multimedia capabilities will be collected. When you click/tap a link in a Text Message and visit a web site, we may collect other information.
